Short summary:
Upon reaching the Elemental Portal Shrine and moving to Roanokae Camp we spent some time learning some local gossip.
Then we moved to Musters Village and tried to meet with Love and Charismatic. The latter proved suspicious, while the former was gone.
After meeting and saving Earm and Tusky, also coercing them into allowing themselves to be healed, we moved out towards where Pruyola Rivertopple has been kidnapped. On the way we met some devils, a Hellbound Attorney among them, that tried to play coy, even when being interrogated. Got a book of contracts from it at least, which proved informative, though details it holds will have to be connected to facts uncovered in the future, as there is little that would allow to decipher it currently.
Not without issues we tracked and rescued Pruyola from the hands of devils that employed the same type of magic that Hog Hag used to turn their prisoners into 'mindless' soldiers under their command. Having rescued Pruyola and returning with her to Earm, they were convinced to return with us and take refuge in Order of the Lily.

𝐼, 𝒽𝑒𝓇𝑒𝒷𝓎 𝓅𝓇𝑒𝓈𝑒𝓃𝓉, 𝓈𝓌𝑒𝒶𝓇 𝓉𝒽𝒶𝓉 𝓉𝒽𝒾𝓈 𝓇𝑒𝒸𝑜𝓊𝓃𝓉 𝑜𝒻 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝑒𝓋𝑒𝓃𝓉𝓈 𝒾𝓈 𝒶𝒸𝒸𝓊𝓇𝒶𝓉𝑒 𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝓉𝓇𝓊𝓉𝒽𝒻𝓊𝓁 𝒶𝓈 𝓂𝓎 𝓂𝑒𝓂𝑜𝓇𝓎 𝓈𝑒𝓇𝓋𝑒𝓈.
On the morning of a certain spring, Stewart Kristoffen Elric Leonard Leighton Yrwin Morwin Diannon Xougog Rodrick Poe gathered in our cozy tavern known as Blinking Pug to make plans regarding the issue of the Hag coven that was proven to exist within the area of Musters village. Oh, and Shanzee Noxious Bite was also there.
Without issues we reached the Elemental Portal Shrine, and spent the evening in the Roanokae Camp, helping the refugees and acquiring information. While much information and pleas for the war to end was heard, there was little that would have been relevant to the pressing issue of the Hag Coven that we set ourselves to investigate.
In the Musters Village that we reached in another two days time. we have split into two groups:
- First, comprised of myself (Stewart) Morwin and Rodrick, followed the clue that lead us to the Church, where we have met Charismatic. In the conversation filled with strangely, at least in my humble opinion, elevated care for the villagers coming from this character, we have learned of the continuing nightmares that trouble the villagers. As a matter of fact, Charismatic held seminaries on the salutary effects of stretching, in some places known as "Yoga". It is worth mentioning that while Charismatic was mindful of the issues with nightmares, he was adamant that it is merely trauma resulting from past experiences, despite miss Morwin being quite certain it is possible, and even plausible, that the nightmares could have been the making of the Hags.
After the conversation I have taken the time to gather information from local population of children, and their gossip has proven very informative, as it basically proved that the nightmares cannot be simply trauma-induced.
- Second, Shanzee and Xougog, has moved to the bar, a place all adventurers know is always filled with gossip if one can earn the friendship of local residents. And they managed to do just that, learning of the current location of one known as Pruyola Rivertopple, a person who will prove to be quite an important figure in the game that is played around Musters Village, though not necessarily as a strong piece in herself. Important, but for other reasons currently unknown.
Firstly, we tried to follow the one known as Love, but having our hearts broken by the disappearance of this person, by which I mean we have not found them, nor a trail to follow where they have gone to, meant we had to go towards the second lead.

On the second day after leaving the Musters Village we have reached the place. And therein we have encountered a heavily wounded goblin, a boar, and a bunch of presumed devils that were trying to kill the pair.
Having dispatched of them, unfortunately allowing one to escape using invisibility, we have... convinced Earm and Tusky to assist us in the search for Pruyola, who as he had said was kidnapped some days prior. With their assistance we managed to move quickly enough while not losing the trail that we have largely closed the gap that the devils might have created over time. At some point we have left Earm and Tusky behind when Shanzee figured out the way to read the devils' tracks, which allowed us to follow without taking additional risks associated with having people whose strength might be lacking.
On the way we have been stopped by one Hellbound Attorney, whose deceptive words, while obvious in their half-truthfulness, was just enough to catch us in the ambush. Not enough, however, for it to be effective. In a matter of seconds we have dispatched of the ambushing party while keeping the Attorney subdued without lethal means. Later we have used the book of contracts it was holding as a mean of acquiring information. After we have had the Attorney woken up, we have tried to confirm the information with him via interrogation. There was a supposed contract that prevented it from speaking any details, and only half-truths when the right quesions were asked could be provided. With the possibility of that being mere delay, and holding onto this creature being more threat than its words might be worth, we have executed it.
Pushing through the disease one of the devils inflicted, though after taking a day to rest, we have reached a place where we found Pruyola, along with two more women, another Hellbound Attorney (or perhaps the same? I would not dismiss that possibility) and more devilish imps. The two women had been released and instantly transformed into devilish creatures not dissimilar of Imps (an entire swarm of them) and of Soldier from Hell. The transformation appeared, however, similar in nature to one caused in the past by the Hog Hag.
This combat has been less than one sided, but eventually it turned in our favor, and we managed to dispatch of these foul creatures and help Pruyola. The pit where the Hellbound Attorney, allow me to call it a "Devil's Pit" despite it being formerly known as "Obelisk of Death", has fled to unfortunately remains unchecked, as the air in there felt far more dangerous than our weakened group could manage.
Pruyola, along with Earm and Tusky, have returned with us to First Landing, where I offered them refuge in the Order of the Lily.
They are however to be excluded from any planning, only limited to questioning, regarding any plans the Guild or its members could be holding, under the expectation that a similar magic to "Hag Eye" might be bound to them, the information being delivered to the Devils that have presumably entered into a pact with the Coven.
