The Dreamer

A Solar dragon who holds a position of high importance in New Hezrath, the Dreamer was first encountered during the events of City of the Sun. While they haven't been met in person yet, their interactions with the any visitors who could be suspected of causing trouble in the city as well as their control over the defenses of the city show that they are a dedicated defender.

Has the ability to speak telepathically to beings inside its city at the very least.
