The C-47 Skytrain is an American cargo plane used extensively during World War II and well into the Cold War. During the conflict, more than 10,000 units were produced, but even more were made after it. The Skytrain was used to airlift supplies, transport paratroopers, reconnoitre an area from the air, engage in electronic warfare, transport VIPs, and even as a ground attack aircraft, renamed the AC-47D Spooky. It is one of Oceanyka's most common aircraft due to its cost, ruggedness, ease of operation and flexibility. Practically any utility or weapons system can be installed on a C-47.

Dakota Swarm - C-47 Skytrain UA
The C-47 Skytrain, affectionally named the "Dakota" by American troops (for Douglas Aircraft Company Transport Aircraft - DACoTA), was perhaps the most instrumental utility aircraft in the United States Air Force. On this aircraft relied numerous logistical airlifts, combat jumps, and a thousand other missions. On places like Normandy and Lutsk, swarms of Dakotas darkened the skies and dropped dozens of thousands of men upon the enemy - paratroopers, the finest of them all.
