Recon Gunmech

The lightest gunmechs consist of a bipedal chassis armed with a machinegun or autocannon and are usually unarmoured. These vehicles are useful for armed reconnaissance or harassment, because they allow the individual soldier to carry a far heavier weapon and observe from a higher profile. These vehicles are especially useful against infantry units which are vulnerable to machinegun fire.
