The Federal Police's Grenadiers are personnel specifically trained for these sorts of circumstances, employing less-lethal means such as rubber bullets and tear gas as a more humane alternative to ripping a machinegun into the crowd, which is how things were done prior to the Oceanykan Revolution. One should not be fooled by their use of less-lethal weapons, these men are usually heavily armoured and are experts at melee combat.
