The West Defence Turbo Fister is an Oceanykan melee weapon which consists of a 12-gauge sawed-off double-barrel shotgun strapped to the arm, activated by punching a target. It is an evolution of the Sedgley Fist Gun, though oversized to the maximum firepower a human arm can reliably tolerate while punching someone in the face. West Defence markets this as a last-resort option against big game, dangerous beasts and unknowable horrors.
