Located in the northwest territories of the Talenta Plains adjacent to the Odakyr province of Karrnath, Lath Rathan leads the Temma tribe. Frequently caught between Karrnathi and Cyran forces, the Temma have developed a deep animosity towards foreignors. Rathan deeply distrusts the forces stationed at Fort Bones and Fort Zombie and has cut deals with Valenar raiders, freely enabling their passage so they may strike at the undead legions.
