Dovi the Skysinger has returned from several years in Sharn and has a mind to improving the quality of life of her tribe. Her artificing apprenticeship taught her a number of useful skills and creations, which she's adapted to suit plains life. However, her tribal elders are resistant to change even when her ideas would lead to a general improvement. Suggested Tribes: Boromar, Sindrekel
