Yoren d'Ghallanda

Yoren has delegated responsibility for the Hostelers Guild and Dragontail guilds to regional councils of viceroys, and he spends much of his time on diplomatic missions to ensure the continued independence of the Ghallanda enclaves. An elderly halfling, Yoren is increasingly interested in the Draconic Prophecy and has given one of his trusted heirs, Chervina, free rein to establish new enclaves in accordance with the Prophecy.
