Commune with Old Grandfather
Benefits: Once per day, you may channel the spirit of Old Grandfather. You gain advantage on Handle Animal and Survival checks for the next ten minutes.
Commune with Whisper
Benefits: Once per day, you may channel the spirit of Whisper. You gain advantage on Acrobatics and Stealth checks for the next ten minutes.
Difficult Fighting
Benefits: You have edge on attacks against enemies in difficult terrain
Fate Weaver's Embrace
Benefits: While you are bloodied, you have advantage on saving throws
Follow The Monster Slayers
Benefits: While you are bloodied, you don't give edge to flanking attackers

Benefits: Allies adjacent to you, your animal companion, your spirit companion, or one of your summons have advantage on opportunity attack rolls.
Primal Resilience
Benefits: Whenever you empower a power with your primal surge, you can expend a healing surge to regain hit points equal to your healing surge value.
Stoneroot's Resilience
Benefits: While you are bloodied, your healing surge value increases by 5 plus your level
