Nimrodel, also known as The Archfey, is one of the Lesser Fragments (Deities) . She's said to have taken permanent residence within the Lands of Arda, not wanting to return to the Divine Realm. She's the ruler of Fairy's Rest, but her influence extends outside, to the rest of the world, often imbuing individuals with powers, in exchange for tasks outside of Fairy's Rest.
