A small rocky island near the shores of the empire, Kaeleil atoll has no permanent residents or structures.
Historically a popular spot for smugglers' caches, the Imperial navy recently began patrolling the seas around the atoll, though the lack of infrastructure makes those patrols relatively sparse, and the island is too small to set up a proper outpost and port.
Smugglers and pirates still dock at the island regularly, though rarely for more than a couple of hours, usually just to seek shelter during the twilight hours.
