A tiny town of a few dozen people, Rakiye Town is a stopping point for nearly all travelers to and from the eastern parts of The Radiant Empire north-eastern shores.
While the town was originally founded by settlers from The Empire who journeyed along the The Firebird Atolls, it quickly became a neutral ground independent from the Empire's control, through the relative wealth attained by the many travelers passing through it.
