You don't need to have superpowers to be a hero
Adam's mother. She was once a successful businesswoman but after meeting Benjamin Meyers she decided that her time, skills, and effort were better used to help others. Two decades ago Benjamin stepped down as president of the "Twin Hearts Foundation" and handed her the role. Since then she has used her talents to broaden the foundation's reach and fields of service.
Rebecca actively encourages Adam's superhero endeavors. In her opinion, it is a good opportunity to widen his horizons and meet new people. To her, Adam's superhero life is his way of helping him feel more comfortable with himself and help the world at large.
