Before she became a villain, she was a world renowned archer, known for her perfect aim. After it was discovered, that part of her superpowers were projectile control, she was banned from ever competing in any archery event ever again, and all her former wins and achievements were nullified, even after she claimed to have never used her powers when competing professionally.
After that she began to resent the society that judged her without hearing her out, so she decided to start using her powers now, to obliterate all the people that doubted her and get her revenge on everyone she deemed responsible for her fall.
She is one of the few villains that has been observed interacting with Fallout.
