Settled at the bottom of the dashing sea to the east of The Sands of Serrakhan, and south of The Earth Realm, is the beautifully constructed submerged city of Atla. Founded by the first avatar of the sea, Atla, the city has long served as a seat of power for the Tritons and sea elves which reside within, as well as a reminder of the avatars mastery over the sea. Led by the council of eldars, powerful sages and scholars of the city, Atla has preserved the turbulent tides of the ocean for many centuries.
