More machine then man, the Immortal Emperor was once a mortal imperial monarch named Caeus. Serving as the Imperial Emperor for the majority of his life, he believed that with the augmentation of the mortal body, he could serve the Empire of Bastile eternally and herald a bright new age of expansion into the far reaches of the world. The Immortal Emperor, often referred to by his faithful as the "God-Emperor," the "Master of Mankind," or simply "the Emperor", is the immortal Perpetual ruler of the Empire of Bastile and nearly infinitely wise Warforged construction who serves as the reigning monarch of the Empire of Bastile. Within his mind is the vast and never-ending flow of information processed by the Imperial Academy and expansive Empire of Bastile, allowing him nearly limitless intellect to enact his visions of a grander future for all of human kind.
