Floragem

Floragems are self replicating gemstones initially created by the Gem Genasi of Gemladur. Created by splicing the Gem Genasis own crystalline essence, the floragems were then emplaced within the rocky earth of the Northern Greypeak Mountains, allowing them to grow through the innate elemental magic of the Gem Genasi. The floragems were notably given to the Urdunnir of Ore as a gift of good will to provide adequate food for the gemstone consuming race of Dwarfs. Typically, floragems were composed of a grey rocky base which then grew into blue and clear colored crystals that could sprout hundreds of feet high.
