Skald's Guild

Bards native to The Earth Realm are well-known for both their skills with a musical instrument, but also their proficiency with a blade when necessitated. Such warrior-bards are known as Skalds, traveling banner-men who raise the spirits of traveling adventurers and rally soldiers during times of war. Despite its outward appeal, such a profession is rife with danger, as Skalds travel far and wide in search of the right ears to hear their song, many-a-times falling victim to bandits or natural predators of The Earth Realm. Prospective Skalds are taught within the halls of the Skald's Guild, Bard College, which resides inside of  Avalon and is known to host magnificent plays as well as operas in the nearby Claymore Amphitheater.
