Otarus and Exaltus are two hulking Cloud Giants whom serve as the twin protectors of the Valley of Ymir, having safeguarded it from chaos incursions for millennia. The two brothers look nearly identical and both wield storm blessed morning stars which send electrifying bolts of lightning through the air to hit their victims with impunity. Sent by Count Zephyros Stratovan himself to guard the sacred lands of Ymir, Exaltus and Otarus have overseen the protection of Anauroch for many thousands of years, honing their skills as warriors against wayward daemons whom wander into the shrouded Valley of Ymir.
