The 'local' elves come from CaerCylwen, (the High City) but the city is called "Grugain" in the common tongue. They worship the Gods you'd know from the greek mythology and while they don't exactly keep to themselves they seem unable to adapt to city life in Kashal where things move at a different pace and manors seem optional. Largely, these live apart from the other races preferring their own type. Some speculate this is due to their long lives and lack of ability to understand the other races.
