Magical Kitties sometimes face Foes in their adventures. A Foe could be an evil witch, a neighborhood dog, or a mischievous fairy. Any creature that a kitty has a conflict with is considered a Foe. This doesn't mean that they are enemies, but it does mean that the creature might not be friendly. Maybe the Foe doesn't want to share a secret, or maybe the Foe wants to challenge the kitty to a race. When the kitty wants one thing, and the Foe wants another, there are rules to decide what happens.
