He has a strong, protective attitude towards the Immortals of Karsis and keeps up with their goings on.
To the Esteemed Sentinels of Seregon,
I write in haste, for duty calls me to the skies once more. During a brief return to Seregon, I uncovered troubling signs that our home may be under threat. There is a rot spreading through Camp Dragon—one that festers unseen but grips the minds of key villagers. I suspect an insidious cult has taken root, twisting the will of those who should safeguard our people. The innkeeper and members of the Temple of Asura are among those compromised. How deeply this corruption runs, I cannot say.
Two trusted allies, Dorian Persatra and Llywillan Fenbella, are investigating, but I fear they may be in over their heads. Their letter to me illustrated the corruption within the local temple and innkeeper. I had only moments to gather what I could before my duties pulled me away once more. I leave this matter in your hands, knowing you will act where I cannot.
As for myself, my travels with Metira Dykstra have taken me across the world, from the broken wasteland of Bamasuj to the frozen wastes of Aranthia—though my Dragonborn blood protests the cold at every turn. What she seeks remains a mystery to me. Word is we’ll be settling back in Seregon soon, and I welcome the thought of warmth and home. Until then, trust that I will return when I can.
