Star Fall

After piece from a strange meteor infused themselves with regular people all across the world in 1980, these individuals got labeled as Star Knights. With powers given from the heavens they are able to use the bond they have with their weapon to manifest great powers through their limited energy manipulation: gravitational, thermal, electrical, sound, kinetic etc.

Another side effect from the fusion of these people with the meteor pieces is that they are functionally immortal unless their brains are completely disconnected from the rest of their body: high cervical spinal cord injuries, brainstem destruction, any chemical disruptions that block nerve transmissions or even electromagnetic damage to the tissue. The beings require an active connection to the brain functions to be able to rebuild and heal the body, kill that and you can kill the Knight.

Using the signals their brain emits, they are also able to sense each other from a distance.

As Alexandra Obnizov and her people arrived a few days after the meteors landed, they attempted to kidnap Radmir's children as she learned that they were in contact with the meteor fragments.

Karina managed to intervene, as she rescued them and left for Reykjavík. A few days later they arrived there, as they got split meeting the witch Amber.

Chased by Alexandra, after suffering several fatal wounds and recovering mysteriously, they managed to eventually reunite with Karina and get away. The Russian threatened them with both their mother and Agnar's well being.

After spending a few days at a nearby cabin near Reykjavík, Alaric arrived to help them train and gain a basic understanding of their powers so that hopefully they can deal with people like Alexandra in the future and rescue their loved ones.

After 3 weeks (3 months for them, due to Alaric's time dilation powers) they were able to grasp the basics of their powers. A bit more capable, they left alongside Karin to Copenhagen to track down their family. Arriving there, Roxanna got into some trouble as she rescued their mother using Arthur's car dragging him into the mess.

Learning more about the swords from the British man, they rescued Agnar as an extra-dimensional being showed itself, calling herself the mother of the blades and asking them for help.

In NYC a mysterious woman approached the Vasilev siblings offering guidance and help to master their new powers. While Katya remained suspicious and decided to stay with their father, Ashton and Roxanna went along and left to train encouraged by Alaric.

Returning after 3 years of training in Astra's secret facility, Ashton and Roxanna arrive home to find their mother and father being kidnaped by a new enemy calling himself Mr. Night.

Katya was also taken by surprise as her frequent trips with her father left her mother vulnerable to such attacks. After forcing a physical confrontation and losing, they all had to watch the demon leave with their father all the while promising to make their lives miserable.

After the two weeks in Mongolia and Ashton's encounter with Hula and the mysterious assassin they were sent back home, as Alaric prepared a trap for the fish people using untapped meteors from three years ago. Spreading them around the globe, picking small coastal towns and displacing the locals temporarily under different guises, he wanted to test the capabilities for battle of his enemies as well as their ability to gather data on his operations.

With a combination of Stone agents, local military assets and super powered individuals he engaged the hostile forces. All defense missions were successful to different degrees, as certain towns were infiltrated by the enemy before the agents were able to spot them properly. The trident users also caused massive damages as they were mostly an unknown at that point in time.

Akureyri was one of the more successful operations, as Calliope did reveal the hand of the fish people by being spotted and ruining their infiltration. Managing to defeat and kill a few of the fifty or so invaders, the retrieval of the rebel fish girl was a turning point in history.
