Palantir

A specialized task force that deals with inter-dimensional threats. Their mission is to combat expansionist entities and help others maintain their sovereignty against overwhelming odds.

The group is split between strike forces and undercover agents.

The Dúnedain are units that are meat to handle combat situations against all sorts of foes. Going in hot, they are the main armed response that Palantir deploys against it's enemies.

The Istari are specialized agents that are deployed deep undercover to fight against entities that are not only more dangerous, but that would be able to handle most direct confrontations.

The agents in charge with coordinating field troops are called Mairon. They are in charge with maintaining communications and fulfilling any requests that the agents on the ground have. They are also in charge with research and other support duties.

A mysterious special chemical cocktail that Palantir uses to grants it's agents all manner of super powers.

A powerful small device imbedded in the brain of all Istari that is able to pull the agents back to their anchored timeline - saving their lives in the process. These devices while unhackable, they can be disrupted by powerful and precise electrical signals.
