The Street Level is the most basic Power Tier and the easiest to manage.
- BASIC: A quick and easy action or reaction. Like jumping over a wall, stealing the key-card of an agent, or facing some punks.
- CRITICAL: A full action or reaction. Like bursting through a wall, jumping out of a window, earning someone’s trust.
- EXTREME: A truly demanding action or reaction. Like stopping a train, hitting a speeding target at night in the pouring rain, persuading a sworn enemy to cooperate.
- IMPOSSIBLE: A desperate action or reaction. Like holding together two halves of a ship that was cut in the middle, facing an army of lethal drones, or withstanding the power of the Eternity Shards. Stuff from movie trailers.
