The Heroes are known on an inter-planetary level, and they are called more or less regularly to work on other planets that need help. The whole Universe relies on their courage and depends on their skills. The Cos mic Level Tier is the most difficult to manage, and as such is not recommended for groups who are just starting.
When playing at Cosmic Level, your Hero is so powerful and trained, that actions like jumping over whole building or breaking a steel wall with their bare hands don’t even require a roll of the dice. At this Tier, any Enemy who can’t rely on superpowers or other innate gifts can easily be defeated in a blink.
