Eda Owenland is the most senior member of Saltmarsh Town Council, as well as the owner of three large fishing boats. She has lived in Saltmarsh all her life, and her love for the place is apparent to all. Eda is known to be very community minded; if anyone in town needs help she is the first volunteer. She believes community binds people together and allows them to ride out the fiercest storm.
