Place among the Nine

In the past House Rinwar was perhaps the most dominant house among the nine and was able to control it. In recent years, House Rinwar shares power with at least 2 or 3 other prominent houses. 

Claim to Power

  • Many contacts within the city's business and market areas.
  • A strong control over the northern docks area of Edge Capital, and Influence there over the shipbuilding, and import/export businesses to the west.
  • Strong connections in Fortgate - a trade outpost that connects Edge Capital to the west of Suriel.
  • Control over Dead Man's Pass, knowledge of relatively safe secret passages through it (diminished in recent years after the construction of the Great Lift)
