Agony

Also known as Liquid Pain, this thick, reddish liquid is the distilled essence of pain, captured by unnatural means. It is highly sought after by certain cults.

Effects.

The user has the Stunned condition for 1d4 + 1 rounds, and is under the slow spell effect, for 1d6 minutes after.
The user gains a 1d4 + 1 bonus to all Charisma tests for 1 Hour, and feels intense pleasure last for 1d4 hours.

Overdose. If more than one dose is taken in a 24 hour period, then user must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or become incapacitated for 2d4 hours.

Addiction. DC 18 (Charima), daily dose. Failure to get a dose. 1d6 reduction in all Ability Score damage.
