Black Eyes

This drug is a specially mixed combination of lichen, fungus, and dark mud found in some hills or river basins.

Effects.

  • Darkvision range doubled. If the user does not have Darkvision, the user gains Darkvision 60 ft. This effect lasts for 3 hours.

  • Disadvantage on all Intelligence and Concentration Tests

  • The user gains 1d12 +10 Temporary Hit Points. This effect lasts for an hour.

  • Disadvantage on Perception (Sight) and all ranged attacks

Overdose. If a second or more dose of Black Eye is used within twelve hours the user must succeed a Wisdom save DC 5 + 2 for each dose. On a failure the user enters a Berserker rage (like the class feature, but must keep attacking the nearest target) for 10 minutes, and is then reduced to -1 hit points and collapses.

Addiction. DC 12 (Constitution), weekly dose - failure to get a dose results in a 1d3 reduction to one Ability Score.
