Effects.

  • The user makes a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw each round, or its speed is reduced by half, this lasts 30 minutes.
  • The user has Disadvantage on saving throws against charms or suggestions but gains Advantage on all Charisma Tests for seduction and charming.
  • Users will suffer no ill effects from exhaustion until they are unconscious or die from fatigue.
  • These effects last for 1d6 hours.

Overdose. None, other than the risk of death by unaccounted-for exhaustion.

Addiction. DC 5 (Charima), monthly dose. Failure to get a dose - no game effect.
