Sharpsugar

Sharpsugar is a white synthesized powder. It makes the user jittery but energized. It is taken by rubbing the fine, white powder into one’s gums. Sharpsugar tends to be used by stressed academics, night watchmen, and others who need to stave off sleep.

Effects.

One dose renders the user immune to the effects of exhaustion for 12 hours. Multiple doses increase the period by 12 hours per additional dose.
Once the drug wears off, the user must succeed on a Constitution save with the DC equal to 10 + 2 for each dose taken. On a failed save, the user gains 1 level of exhaustion per dose taken.
