He is born of god and man, a light born, an immortal who has ruled over the Central Authority for over a century.
Drallis ruled over the authority long before it became the recognized force it is, taking a leadership position in the former Archae Empire. The empire soon collapsed as the fog rose, parts of their home continent falling into the sea as the tides rose. Eventually the empire was nothing but few bastions scattered across lumen. Through adversity Drallis led the remnants of the Archae empire to found a new faction, the central authority, this faction and one goal to unite Lumen against the world that invades it.
Drallis has rarely shown themselves publicly, leading many to think he is just a myth made to unite the Authority.
