Zanga Dasa Abolins, also known as The Lady In Gold, is a rich merchant from Tilley. She is the head of the Abolins family, which owns several blacksmiths that produce weapons and armour for the kingdom.
While officially living in Tilley, she spends most of the year in the capital of Adestry, coming to Tilley only when absolutely necessary. During her absence, she leaves her son Gregory Abolins in charge.
