Margaret Cotton is an older inhabitant of Tilley. Her late husband Boris died several decades ago, and her children moved to the capital when they came of age. Despite her struggles, she likes helping people out and giving them cookies.
She has a daughter called Nila, which apparently looks like Ratyn.
