Tovalon is an dukedom located on the continent of Rivandol and the Andol Sea. It's capital and biggest city is Faypeak.
Tovalon is the oldest independent human state of the continent. It has always had a pacific stance towards its neighbours and built alliances with stronger states to protect themselves. While not de jure, they are de facto part of the Rivandol republic but without any power in it.
