Peregrina

Noble

The Peregrina family is a powerful noble family in the empire of Torchio. They ruled the lands of Udrino north of the Medinan continent  on the Ethylian Sea. The small country was annexed by the empire of Torchio in 850 AC, and the family continued ruling their lands under their new liege.

The family rose to prominence when Hammon Peregrina moved with his young daughter Amatia to the capital of Panere, where he involved himself in the politics of the empire, gaining a reputation for routing out corruption and bringing reform to the legal and tax system, called today the Lax Peregrina. His daughter studied politics and magic at the Lutrero Accademy. She paved the way for his daughter to become Augusta in 1009 AC.
