Niccone is the capital city of the province of Geminia. During the war between the kingdom and the empire, much of the city was destroyed and never fully recovered.
Leadership
After the war, many members of the Ficarra were killed. Younger members were kept and play a figurative role. The city and province is however ruled by generals placed by the empire and changed every ten years. The current ruler is Knight Kanmi Utica, which acts as a Regent for the province. He was placed in power in 1020 AC.
