The Ficarra family were rulers of the Kingdom of Geminia until they were invaded by the empire of Torchio in 842. Most family members were killed, with only the very young kept alive and groomed to be rulers of the new province in the empire. However they don't hold any power, and are more royal prisoners of the empire. Several rebellions were attempted between 870 and 910 AC but none were successful, leading in more deaths of the family.
The current head of the family is Lady Rita Ficarra, who became the leader in 2023 AC when here father was exiled by the empire.
