Lord Eusebio Ficarra was ruler of the Ficarra family and pretend ruler of the province of Geminia in the empire of Torchi.
He ruled from 992 AC to 1022 AC when he was exiled by the empire, as is custom when an heir comes of age. He was sold to slavers and presumed dead.
He didn't accomplish much during his reign, as he was a ruler only on paper but not in practice. He did successfully convince the empire to help with rebuilding parts of the city of Niccone that were still in rouble 150 years after the war.
