Kumglug

Kumglug is a tribe of Kobold that controls the province of Meridogna in the empire of Torchio. The area was never stable, with several tribes of various folks vying for power over the centuries, and chaos erupting after the death of each ruler. Following a brief war in 968-969 AC, the province was annexed by the empire. The Kumglug tribe worked with the empire to win the war and was given control over the province and some autonomy in exchange for their help.
