History:

The origins of the Minotaurs are veiled in myth and legend, lost to the passage of time. However, they were once a formidable and warlike folk inhabiting the northern reaches of what is now the lands of the Khein Dynasty and the southern territories of Vikholm. With the rise of the God King and his conquest of the southern lands, the Minotaurs became powerful allies due to their renowned toughness and strength in battle. After the conquest, the remaining Minotaurs were reshaped and integrated into the God King's kingdom, assuming roles as esteemed warriors, generals, and protectors of vital places.

Society:

Minotaurs exist as a stoic and largely solitary race. When in groups, they are governed by their elders, the largest and most intelligent among them, who lead with authority. Otherwise, they tend to roam alone or in the company of other races. In the Khein Dynasty and the northern country of Kalamar, minotaurs are regarded as legendary warriors, while in the Vache Kingdom, they often serve as armed bodyguards to the upper class. Minotaurs often communicate among themselves through gestures and expressions, reserving speech for those in positions of station. In battle, they bellow and roar, using their imposing presence to intimidate foes and rally allies. When not in groups, minotaurs are often solitary wanderers or may form small groups consisting of individuals from various races.
