Bekvik is a small and peaceful village on the east coast of the Greenfield barony known for its fishing industry. The villagers are friendly and welcoming, and the pace of life is slow and relaxed. However, there is a rumored haunted manor just outside the village, which has been abandoned for many years.

  • One-Man Dough: A local bakery that produces some of the best bread and pastries in the region. The bakery is run by a solitary baker who is never seen by the villagers. He bakes only at night, and his delicious creations are sold at the bakery early in the morning. The villagers have tried many times to catch a glimpse of the baker, but he remains elusive.

  • The Vine Counter: A local tavern that also serves as a herb shop, it serves a variety of drinks, including the local specialty, Bekvik Tea. Owned and mantained by Elara Thornwood. Travellers can buy dried seeds and tea leafs for their travells. The tavern is the center of social life in the village, and the villagers often gather here to exchange news and gossip. The tavern also serves simple green soups and meals, including fresh fish caught that day.

  • The Fyre Anvil: The local blacksmith, run by the dwarf smithy, Drog Ironhammer. Drog is a skilled blacksmith who produces high-quality tools, weapons, and armor for the villagers and passing merchants. He also provides repair services to the local fishing boats, which are essential for the village's livelihood.

  • Haunted Manor: The abandoned manor just outside the village is called Tergeron Manor. It has been empty for as long as most in the village can remember, and the villagers whisper that it is haunted by something. The manor is a large, imposing building with overgrown gardens and broken windows. It has massive vines growing out from its old walls. Many villagers claim to have seen strange lights and heard eerie noises coming from the manor at night. Despite the rumors, some brave adventurers have tried to explore the manor, but they have never returned. The villagers have learned to stay away from the Manor, believing that it is cursed.
