The town of Rivertown came to be as a result of people moving to the main crossing of the Gylder river. As more and more settled the less space was left and people began to build houses and shops on top of the bridge. Eventually the bridge itself became the town and got its name Rivertown. It is now a great trading hub for travellers and sailors who sail up the river. Rivertown has become a wealthy hub and most common folk are told not to cross the bridge unless they have money to spend. New shops and stalls come and go on a weekly basis. The Lordship over Rivertown has not been settled and remains under the direct control of the Arch-baron.
