Crimson Keep

Stronghold

Crimson Keep is a fortress city located on the western border of the Khein Dynasty, overlooking the Silver Dominion. It is one of the most heavily fortified cities in the Dynasty, designed to withstand any attack from the Dominion. The city is built on a strategic location at the mouth of lake Kali, giving the city a natural defensive moat, making it difficult to approach from any direction.

The city is dominated by the Sanctum of Kaliban, the founding grounds of the Order Executioners of Light, the most feared and respected paladin order in the Dynasty. The Sanctum is a massive fortified temple, heavily guarded and surrounded by walls and towers. The Sanctum is home to hundreds of paladins, priests and clerics, who spend their lives studying, training and serving the order. The Order's most skilled fighters are trained here, and the best of them are selected to serve the elite Executioners, as Commanders or the personal guard of the Princes.

The city itself is also heavily fortified, with walls, towers, gates and fortifications. The city is divided into districts, each with its own function and population. The military district is where the barracks, armories and training grounds are located, as well as the quarters of the Executioners. The residential district is where most of the civilians live, including merchants, craftsmen and farmers. The temple district is where the various religious orders of the Dynasty have their temples and shrines, and is also home to the Sanctum.

The city has a rich history, dating back to the early days of the Dynasty. It was founded as a military outpost to guard the western border, and gradually grew into a city as more and more settlers arrived. The city was named after the crimson color of the rocks that surround it. Over the centuries, the city has been the site of numerous battles and sieges, as the Dominion and other neighboring nations tried to conquer it. However, thanks to its strong defenses and skilled defenders, the city has never fallen to an enemy.

Despite its military focus, the city has a vibrant culture and society. The residents of Crimson Keep are known for their loyalty, discipline and courage. The city is home to many artists, musicians and poets, who find inspiration in its rugged beauty and martial spirit. The city is also famous for its skilled craftsmen, who produce some of the finest weapons, armor and other goods in the Dynasty.
