These gauntlets are primarely used by the Knight Paladins of the Dominus Chain, the military arm of the Dominion Church and very few outside can get their hands on them. They are ornate with gold and a unique steel that has radiant properties.
Interrogator Chain (1 Charge)
You target a
creature within 30 ft of you, a radiant chain is wrapped around them and
they must make a Charisma saving throw. On a failed save, a creature is
stunned and can't speak a deliberate lie while chained. You know
whether the creature succeeds or fails on its saving throw.
Hand of Judgement (4 Charges)
You target a
creature within melee range of you, you attempt to grab the creature.
They must make a Dexterity saving throw, on a failed save, a creature
sufferes 2d10 Radiant damage. If the creature has 20 hit points or
fewer, it must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or die.
