This tome contains various records and legends of the native dragonkind of Rivermond. The content of the tome and the tome itself is of arcane nature. You gain unatural insight on their kind and advantage studying, tracking, hunting, and even talking to dragonkind while having this tome in your possession. You have advantage on Wisdom (Survival) checks to track your favored enemies, as well as on Intelligence checks to recall information about them.
If you attune to the Tome. You are able to channel the power of the Tome to use either the Command spell against a Draconic creature (They have disadvantage on their save). Or spend an hour with the tome to cast Commune towards a greater Dragon. (You must have met said Dragon first). The power of the tome is regained after a Long Rest.
The tome tells the tales of three incredibly ancient Dragons that appear to be native to Rivermond.
