These ancient structures were used during the Second Age by the mages of the Nagan Empire. They were built around the Empire and consisted of four magical pillars with energy crystals in each of them, in the middle of the pillars a wizard or a sorcerer could harness the energies to amplify their magical capabilities. It is unknown why they were made only that they were destroyed during the beginning of the Third Age and declared as forbidden artifacts. Few still remain deep within the wilderness of the Empire, long forgotten and hidden away.
