The Silk Kiss contains a mixture of plant, alcohol and venom. When given or used by a creature, they must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw. If the creature fails the saving throw, it is charmed by the first creature it sees for the next hour or until the creature comes to harm. The charmed creature regards charmer as a friendly acquaintance. When the effect ends, the creature knows it was charmed by someone.
This concoction can be made into a Grenade version.
